The building balances a thoroughly modern design aesthetic with great respect for the tactile materials of brick and stone which inform much of the surrounding architecture.

Through an interlocking set of main buildings and its low form, Lily Gardens sits in harmony with the surrounding historic residences.

Inside, the spaces were carefully crafted with the highest quality materials, ranging from timber floorboards to stone-finished kitchens and bathroom countertops. The result are one hundred and fifty apartments that provide room to reflect, grow and develop in harmony with the surrounding community.
